About Juana Frank
Juana Frank founded Frank & Partners in 2023 together with partner Roberto Rubio, to bring boutique-quality property and corporate legal work to international clients on the Costa del Sol.
Born and raised in Marbella in a family with deep roots in Andalusian real estate, she practised at several international firms in Madrid and Málaga before returning to her hometown.
Her practice covers the full lifecycle of property transactions, from off-plan development contracts to complex inheritance work for multinational families.
Juana holds dual Spanish-German citizenship and works in Spanish, German and English. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Málaga and an active participant in AMUM (Asociación de Mujeres Empresarias) and GAJ (Grupo de Abogados Jóvenes).
