About Roberto Rubio

Roberto Rubio co-founded Frank & Partners in 2023 together with Juana Frank, and serves as the firm's commercial partner.

He is the bridge between Frank & Partners' legal practice and the operational reality of the founders, family offices and high-net-worth individuals who relocate to Spain.

He brings dual training in law and business, Norwegian roots, and a track record of building and operating companies in regulated industries across Malta, Cyprus and Spain.
